We offer personalised in person sizing consultations before or after purchase to help ensure your garment is tailored to your measurements and preferences.

For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress.

If you choose to submit your own measurements, please ensure they are taken carefully and accurately.

CÉI will create your garment based solely on the measurements provided at the time of order.

As each piece is made to order, we cannot accept responsibility for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the client. Any alterations required due to inaccurate measurements will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our garments are crafted from delicate fabrics and hand-finished embellishments and should be handled with care.

•⁠ ⁠Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

•⁠ ⁠Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

•⁠ ⁠Hang carefully or lay flat to preserve the shape of the garment.

•⁠ ⁠Avoid contact with sharp objects, or rough surfaces that may catch the fabric or embellishments.

As each Dirac is made exclusively to order, all sales are final. We are therefore unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
